1. Order Cancellations

• After 2 hours, the order may already be processed and shipped.

2. Refund & Return Policy

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, incorrect, or defective.

• To initiate a return, email us with your order number and photo proof.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: We do not accept returns on opened or used products unless defective.
